A conference with dual aims. The day was an opportuntiy for Active Schools Co-ordinators and Managers to network, celebrate progress and exchange best practice. The evening was an informal, fun chance to mingle.
Our role – We were instrumental in creating the format and structure. For the day sessions, we secured speakers and facilitators. And for the evening, we devised an Active Salsa Evening, with a live salsa band and interactive demonstrations from professional dancers. We also co-ordinated registrations, accommodation and transport arrangements for nearly 700 delegates.
Quote – 84% of attendees rated the event as ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’.
