Muir Maxwell Trust: Venetian Masked Ball

Client - The Muir Maxwell Trust
Date - 8th December 2007
Venue - The Dorchester Hotel, London

Over £1 million was raised for the Muir Maxwell Trust when stars of television and sport joined business leaders at 2007's charity ball in the ballroom of London's Dorchester Hotel

The Muir Maxwell Trust Masked Opera Ball was hosted by Natasha Kaplinsky and the prizes up for grabs ranged from Christopher Biggins's signed jungle hat to a customised Alpha Romeo Brera, called "Mascareri", in keeping with the masked theme.

Host Natasha Kaplinsky was supported by fellow dancer and former newsreader, Angela Rippon, and in keeping with the ballroom theme, British dance champions, Ian Sharpe and Victoria Lawrence, also performed on the night, with music from the London Symphony Orchestra. Ex-England rugby player Martin Bayfield hosted the Grand Auction.

Our role - to organise the entertainment, liaise with the venue, run the fundraising on the night (an extremely busy job at this event!) and coordinate all other aspects of event management to the Trusts high standards.
