In the summer of 2008 ECS were appointed to manage the Grampian Food Forum Dining Clubs; a series of dining events held throughout the year. They are aimed at strengthening the links between the Grampian food producing and tourism sectors and to help increase use of local produce in restaurants, which will lead to increased listings and sales for Grampian producers. The dining clubs help to do this by providing this networking opportunity where the local producers supply the produce for dinner and representatives from both sectors attend.
Our role - We coordinated each aspect of these dinners from liaising with the venue, sourcing new and innovative speakers, writing and issuing press releases, delegate bookings, invoicing as well as the overall event management on the night.
