After successfully delivering the 2008, 2009 & 2012 ECS were re-appointed to co-ordinate the 2011 Awards. With 29 Awards and over 50 judges the co-ordination of the scoring and judging process required significant management and co-ordination. Follow-up evaluation with the judges had 90% scoring the judging process as excellent. We also engaged with new suppliers to create an enhanced AV presentation and theme in the room that tied in with the overall design of the Awards and offered a slick, professional and polished show.
Our role - We co-ordinate every aspect of these awards. This includes generating, logging and collating all entries and producing judging packs for the 50+ judges. We also manage the copywriting and print production, co-coordinating the judging process, and managing finances - as well as the overall event management of the evening.
