Event Consultants Scotland organised a series of luxurious VIP incentive trips to Scotland for William Grant & Sons staff and distributors, providing a once in a lifetime experience aimed at creating a real buzz for the Wm Grant brands. Guests were looked after by a virtual concierge, Glen, and enjoyed first class travel in private jets and high-spec, branded 4x4s whilst staying in 5* luxury and dining in castles.
The Scottish experience was enhanced with local gifts, such as Glenfiddich branded Edinburgh Tattoo binoculars and signed copies of an Ian Rankin book, and activities such as golf on iconic golf courses and falconry at a Scottish castle. The Wm Grant brand immersion was provided by hosted, interactive visits to their facilities in Ayrshire and Speyside as well as brand-themed lunches and dinners. The Scottish and Wm Grant cultures merged beautifully in an exciting cross country team build from Speyside to Edinburgh.
The "William Grant Amazing Race" adventure was specially commissioned to provide the teams with visits to picturesque areas of Scotland, while learning more about Wm Grant and enjoying a series of exciting challenges, which made the long journey an enjoyable experience. After 6 delightful and educational days in bonnie Scotland, the guests headed home with a goodie bag filled with their favourite snacks and treats for their long flight home.
Our role - ECS provided itinerary development and execution, a dedicated concerige website and personalised joining instructions, hotel/venue/catering liaison, co-ordinating transport arrangements, co-ordinating activities and all event logistics on the ground.
