The HIT Edinburgh Lunch is now in it's 8th year and continues to grows in both size and stature.
The event reguarly attracts 400 key players from all over the hospitality industry and last year raised a staggering £50,000 for HIT Scotland.
This year we are honored to have as our key note speaker, Sir Rocco Forte of the The Rocco Forte Collection. The 2009 lunch is going back to basics and the focus is on first class hospitality and excellent food. To get you to really use your senses you will be tasting some of the dishes blindfold!
Tickets cost £75 each or £750 for a table of 10.
The lunch starts at 12.30pm.
