Earls Gate Park Official Opening
ECS are organising, on behalf of KemFine UK Ltd, the official opening of the new Earls Gate Park development on Wednesday 3rd October 2007. The Park offers one of the best strategic locations in Scotland and provides a unique combination of land and tailor made support services on site, including competitive energy prices.
ECS are taking care of all event logistics including; venue/catering liaison, speaker liaison, meeting and greeting guests as well as overall project management of the event.
Scottish Food & Drink Branding Conference 2007
This conference will take place on Thursday 25th October 2007 at Murrayshall, Perth. The conference aims to showcase the importance and value of strong branding and to highlight the future of the Scottish food and drink industry.
ECS are involved in speaker sourcing, managing the invitation and booking process, registration, onsite support and AV logistics.
Scottish Aquaculture Awards 2008
ECS are delighted to be working with The Crown Estate again. The Awards evening is to be developed and taken to a new level to provide a night of celebration, including celebrity or high profile presenter and guest speaker, as well as an effective networking opportunity for producers (large and small), suppliers, retailers etc. It aims to become THE night for the industry!
ECS will be involved in overall project management including; input into the categories/development of criteria, source and liaise with category sponsors, co-ordinate all entries and nominations, co-ordinate the invitation process for the awards evening, on-site logistics, guest management to name but a few!
Tourism Innovation Day 2008
Tourism & Technology is the theme at next year's Innovation Day, which is being held at Hampden Park, Glasgow on Thursday 28th February. This is the 3rd time, we have been appointed by the Tourism Innovation Group to help run the day.
We will be responsible for speaker sourcing, sponsorship, advance delegate registration, registered delegate management, logistics and AV co-ordination, onsite management and staffing: production and registration and financial control of the event.
Life Sciences Annual Awards Dinner 2008
Following the success of the BioEquity Dinner in 2007, ECS are delighted to be working with the Life Sciences team at Scottish Enterprise once again on their Annual Awards Dinner. The 2008 event is taking place at the EICC on Thursday 7th February 2008 and will be attend by approx 700 delegates - making it the second largest dinner we organise at the EICC! (the first being the Scottish Thistle Awards at 850!)
Scottish Enterprise Fife and Tayside Business Excellence Awards
ECS are thrilled to be working on these prestigious Business Excellence Awards which are taking place in March next year.
ECS will be responsible for sponsorship sourcing, event promotion, venue/catering liaison, entry generation, judging process as well as creative input to the event format.
