A Fine Week for Hospitality!

It's been a busy week for the hospitality sector in Scotland and we were delighted to be working with two of our favourite clients! On Tuesday we were working with the team from Caterer.com on the Best Employers in Hospitality Awards, which were held in the sumptuous surroundings of Edinburgh’s Prestonfield. The Awards are run nationally and celebrate the best of the best when it comes to Employers in the hospitality sector. We were delighted to welcome back Fred MacAulay who did a wonderful job hosting the event and the guests enjoyed a truly superb menu before dancing the night away into the wee small hours!

Emma, Esther and Joanne were up in Aberdeen on Wednesday for the HIT Scotland Grampian event. ECS have worked with HIT Scotland for 4 years now, delivering 8 events on an annual basis throughout Scotland and the Aberdeen event has gone from strength to strength. Over £25,000 raised on the evening which is a fabulous achievement and a record for this event! No rest for the wicked however, as it’s all go for the HIT Scotland Edinburgh lunch taking place next Friday, 4th November at Mansefield Traquair in Edinburgh. The speaker is Robbie Bargh, ‘hospitality guru’ and MD of the Gorgeous Group. We also have the choir from the Edinburgh Academy performing – most fittings for such an ethereal setting!
