Thinking creatively is critical to finding new and effective ways to consistently deliver highly memorable experiences for our clients so, when Wm Grant and Sons asked us to create a luxury brand immersion experience for 140 American VIP guests, over ten incentive trips, we couldn’t have been more excited.
First of all, we came up with an innovative e-concierge concept that allowed us to get to know the likes, dislikes and characteristics of every one of the guests, before they’d even set foot on Scottish soil. And, over each six-day trip, we constantly surprised and delighted our American visitors – the ‘William Grant Amazing Race’ across the Scottish Highlands in luxury, branded 4x4s; interactive distillery visits; brand-themed lunches and dinners; and the uncompromisingly fabulous hotels we selected as ‘base camps’ all added up to a once-in-a-lifetime experience for every guest. Acting as hosts throughout, we helped everyone mingle, network and have a serious amount of fun! Incredibly hard work yes, but we really rather enjoyed ourselves too…
The result? Our client reported that their sales increased by 38% in the first quarter, delivering the desired return of 200% on their incentive investment.
